Room requirments for LC-MS system

Hello

We're planning to move two LC-MS systems(both single quadrupole) into one small room along with nitrogen generator (about 15m2) which was used as a synthesis lab before. What are important aspects to consider when doing this transfer? Only thing I have come up with this far is good temperature control since MS can emit quite a bit of heat, but not much else. Any ideas or links to useful material are much appreciated.

bench strong enough (and big enough)
access to every part of the instrument you or an engineer need to reach (getting to cables round the back)
ventilation if you are in an environment where breathing acetonitrile is frowned upon
make sure that the vac-pump exhaust can't possibly contaminate the spray chamber exhaust (because if it can, it will sooner or later fill your mass spec with vac-pump oil)

In addition, make sure there is enough (electric) current capacity for 2 LC-MS + nitrogen generator, because modifying an electric circuit is pretty expensive (at least in my country).

Thanks for the ideas.
