Need help with sugar extraction

Hi!
I'm doing a sugar extraction consisting of the following sugars: glucose, fructose, sucrose, lactose, and maltose, and I'm having trouble extracting my glucose out completely. My sample matrix is 100% water, sample prep is 30min 90deg water bath then a 60 min shake followed by 30 min in the centrifuge. Samples are filtered through a 0.45um syringe filter then injected. My mobile phase is 75ACN/25H2O with 2% TEA and I'm using a UPLC with an RI detector. Can anyone give me any ideas to why my glucose is not being completely extracted out? Thanks!
