SIS mode in Varian

Hi,
When I use SIS (selected ion storage) mode in Varian Sturn -2200 for analysis of organophosphorous pesticide (OPP), the intensity of the peaks decreases (except for two OPP: Thiazinone and triphenylphosphate). I investigated time program and m/z. Seemingly everything is ok but intensity is lower than that of TIM method.
Any help?
What is difference between SIS and micro-SIS (in Saturn). I also run a micro-SIS method but the same result was obtained (low intensity).
Thanks a lot.
