could not connect to the acquistion server

Hello,
I am using Waters HPLC coupled to shimadzu flourimeter. It was working fine all these days but today it shows a message could not connect to the acquisition server. please give your suggections in this regard

Depends on your system configuration.

Is the Shimadzu hooked up to an eSATIN? If so, power cycling that may fix things. If not, you may have to reboot the LAC/E (computer) that the eSATIN is attached to (make sure nobody else is running another instrument first, or they may lose data). It could also be an issue with an ethernet switch or a Waters component (Alliance, Breeze, other? Ethernet, IEEE?).

Or your watersservice or instrument server isn't running anymore or with the wrong credentials.
