CD 25A resetting itself

I have an old DX 600 system with a CD 25A that had been performing well until recently. it now turns off the power to the modulle whenever I try to set the suppressor amps either at the module or from the software. I have changed all of the cards in the module with known good cards, replaced all of the cables and changed out the suppressor with no luck. Has anyone ever seen this? Dionex told me that this was not seen by them before. Thanks for your help.

I suspect the problem is with your suppressor power supply, a short could be pulling down the Main Power Supply in the CD25A module. If this is the case you may have to speak with the local Thermofisher Ion Chromatography Service people as these units have limited parts supply.
