Communication Problem to ProStar 325 UV detector

Please help!! This is a used unit we just got in. I had the Prostar 325 configured and working through Galaxie. I ran a sequence and shut it down because I had a pump issue. The next day, I changed the pump and now the detector will not communicate through the Ethernet. I tried everything and only 1 packet is being returned through the ethernet connection. How do I check the board or communication from the detector. I ping it and all packets are lost. The Galaxie or Prostar verify softwares do not discover the detector any more. How could it go from working to not over night and all I did was change a pump. This is a used detector that we just got so I am thinking the board may have gone out but don't know how to check it. Thanks in advance!!

Hi

As the 325 communicates over ethernet, I would disable firewall and/or antivirus software as a first step - maybe a update of these software packages did this.

Thanks Chris, It wound up being a BOOTp configuration conflict. Its humming now. :lol:
