Can anyone recommend a conductivity flow cell / probe combo suitable for use in prep scale chromatography (volume < 1 ml, ideally < 0.5 ml)? I'm thinking of something like what GE uses on the Akta systems. I have an interface that can accept a voltage input, so I'm looking at using a board like this ( http://www.eidusa.com/Interface_conductivity_cell.htm ) to provide the voltage signal I need. So far all I can find are cells for industrial applications with volumes in the tens of ml.

Dear Scott

You may find this information useful: http://www.dionex.com/en-us/products/li ... 10584.html The PCM-3000 (PCM stands for pH / Conductivity Modul) is a add-on to the VWD-3000, MWD-3000 and DAD-3000 of Thermo's Ultimate-3000 UHPLC-Series. The PCM is compatible with flowrates up to 100ml/min. If interested get in contact with your friendly local sales representative.
