Can anybody guide me HPLC method for 2-Trifluoromethylphenothiazine

This book outlines method development very well.

Looking at your compound I would suggest using a phosphate pH buffer at 2.5 and trying agradient from 95%buffer 5% acetonitrile to 80% acetonitrile and see where your compound elutes. It looks like you may have a pka around 4 or 5 so you may want to stay away from those pH for you mobile phase.

Of course if you know your compound is only soluble at 50% acetonitrile or something then you will start at 50% acetonitrile instead of 5%.
