Freeware for PAL autosampler?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a software, preferentially free, which could control the PAL autosampler. Ideally, it would be able to completely control it, but if there is anything that simply send a "go!" to it would already be good. For example, is there anyway hyperterminal could send instructions to PAL?
