Hello! I could help with this:
I need to know the correct preparation of a standard nu check, this standard comes in vials of 100 mg, is a mixture of methyl esters of fatty acids.
Does anyone know until I take concentration to work on a perkin elmer Autosystem xl, with a column of 0.25mm x 25 m?
injection volume is 1ul.
Did you correct information for both the standard concentration as samples? 10ppm? 100ppm?
thank you very much!
We'd dilute that 100mg FA methyl esters to about 3 ml with petroleum ether or hexane.
