Is it possible to submit multiple sequential sequences in ChemStation? It's a no brainer on EZStart but I don't see how to do it with ChemStation. Thanks!
Granted, it has been a very long time since I used ChemStation ("A" days of the software). But, unless Agilent changed something, there is no way to queue sequences.
The newer Chemstation has a Sequence Queue function.

On older versions just set up as one Sequence, with a specified wait time to equilibrate in between changes of Method.M.
You didn't mention the revision of ChemStation you are using. This is a very important bit of info.

Many years ago (in the 'A' revision) a macro was added to the \UCL\LC_UCL\Macros for 'chaining sequences'. Check your ChemStation software disk for this folder, and look in the 'Index' to see if it exists on your revision.
Thanks all for the info. The version is B.03.01-SR1 [317].
OK, on that revision you would have to use the 'chain sequence' macro. It's on B.03.01 CD2 in \UCL\LC_UCL\Macros\10.
