Hi all,

In the quantitation report printout of MSD chemstation, there several columns such as :

Compound R.T. QIon Response Conc Units Dev(Min)

Below the Dev(Min) there is Qvalue which shows the quality matching of the compound vs. the library. So what is the Dev(Min) ? Could anybody explain ?

Thanks
Dev(min) is deviation in minutes (i.e. a change of retention time) compared to the calibration the quant report references. This could be due to trimming of the column, new guard column etc.

As with all things in chemstation it works in hundredths of a minute
