FID

Does anyone have a lit. source on FID response with empirical calculations. I'm looking for a source that lists effects of ketones and alcohols relative to sat. hydrocarbons. I want to roughly adjust for impurities for which I don't have standards.
Thanks

AFS = Amps Full Scale. It is the magnitude of the electronic signal output from the electrometer of the GC. In the old days of integrators, the output range had to be adjusted to keep the peaks on-scale so that they could be measured.
