HPLC-ESI-MS/MS Unwanted Peaks even with only cleaning MeOH

I am a newbie,
I have tried today (2013-08-01) to clean my column with passing LC-MS grade Methanol (99.9% , 34966 from Fluka, Sigma) as only mobile phase.
I got following Cromatogram & Spectrum.

Earlier (2013-07-10) I had injected Bradykinin (50 picomolar concentration with 5 microliter vol) with 90% Acetonitrile as mobile phase.
I have seen lots of peaks in Spectrum that was present in Agilient Positive Tune mixture and many other únwanted peaks.
Can anyone please guide me why I get such kind of peaks when I have not sending anything.
