Vitamine B12 and its impurity

Hi everyone,
I need to have any ideas about developing a method with several vitamines including B12 and its impurity.
I developed a method to quantify B1, B6, B12 but just realise that hydroxocobalamine coelute with B12.
Is there a way to separate cyanocobalamine (B12) from hydroxocobalamine ?
I don't find a way to separate them on a UPLC method. I am working on a simple purospher star C18 and changing mobile phase does not help.
