vitamin B on HILIC

Hi,

I'm trying to develop an analysis method to determine vitamine B1, B2... with HPLC-MS
With a normal C18 column i had a lot of tailing so i decided to switch to hilic as some of the analytes were rather polar.

I'm using an xbridge HILIC 3.5 µm column (2.1 x 100 mm) and the solvents are: A: 0.1 % FA in ACN
B: 0.1 % FA + 10 mM NH4OAc in H2O

I'm using a linear gradient that goes from 5% B to 50 % B in 10 min.

With my method i have a rather good separation of all my analytes but I do have a lot of peak broadening for my vitamine B6 (Pyridoxal)
The peaks before B6 and after B6 are OK.

Can anyone help me to get rid of this peak broadening problem?

Best regards
