hi, as the title says i'm trying to do a ATP determination by HPLC, in my protocol the mobile phase includes Tetrabutylammonium, on sigma site i found 5 types, which one do you think is the best?
This is the link after which i'm doing my experiment https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12054922
The link to Tetrabutylammonium: http://goo.gl/fQi6P
The paper should have specified the type of tetrabutylammonium salt used - if they just said "tetrabutylammonium", then you'll need to do a little more research - or contact the authors of the paper.

See page three of this pdf from Sigma:

They used tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate to separate ATP. A quick Google search yields many results for the same salt in conjunction with ATP analysis by HPLC. I would use product number 86853 from Sigma if I needed to buy this reagent.
