I am trying to quantify some PAHs on a db5 column using gcms. Two compounds Benzo(k) and (b) fluoranthene have different retention times on the TIC. However, on creating a quantitation database these two appear with the same retention time and signal response on the quantification report. Their names are superimposed on the same peak (the Benzo(k) peak), nothing on the benzo (b) peak. Thanks for your asssistance in advance.

Best guess is that you need to adjust your settings for the retention times and windows for one or both peaks.
