Help,

I am trying to figure out how to use chromeleon to make a program with a scanning wavelength. I am running on an Agilent 1100 with a DAD. Where do I start? I have tried with the help index and have had no luck...is it impossible?

Thanks for any and all help,

Tim
Hi, after the instrumentconfiguration is done, you do as for any other diod-array detector. No difference in the program itself. That is the nice thing with Chromeleon.
Hi Morris,

The first thing to check is that you have the required 3D license to allow full spectral scans to be performed. If you don't have this, then you will not be able to do spectral analysis.

However, if you do have this license, you will just need to set the appropriate wavelength range within the Program File (PGM). How you do this will depend upon whether you are using Agilents ICF (Instrument Control Framework) driver, or the native Chromeleon Driver within your Server Configuration.
