TotalChrom - Installation

Hello,

I'm attempting to install TotalChrom Work Station and when I open the software the following error appears.

"Unable to read system configuration. Check TotalChrom Process Account."

Has anyone encountered this before?

On my Totalchrom installation the system has to have a user profile called tcprocess, even though you log in and use the software under your own profile.
