FT-IR -ATR analysis wild silk

Hi,
I'm working on my master work of wild silk and I was work FT-IR ATR analysis for that, but I don't know how to identify compounds in the wild silk.
Here nobody has no time to show me how to do it and I'm crazy.
If you have time, could anybody help me?

Before you do anything, borrow a basic intrumental analysis textbook and read the chapter on FTIR. It might not be the right test for what you're trying to do.

You said you want to "identify compounds" in wild silk. What compounds are you looking for?
