MS Tuning for Waters Quattro micro GC™ Mass Spectrometer

I have a Waters Quattro micro GC™ Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS/MS). I don’t know how to efficiently do the tuning for the mass spectrometer, especially in MS/MS mode. The Waters manual is not in detail at all. Please give me some tips and tricks. Thank you!
