Hi,
I would like to ask if any of you know how long the warranty Agilent gives for G1311B QuatPump Multi gradient assembly (MCGV)

Polish distributor of Agilent gives only three months warranty. For such expensive part seems to be short.

Hi

I am not sure of the warranty but they should last longer than that, in fact they are pretty robust and unlike the Waters version you can push and pull solvent through ( within reason.. ).

What issues are you experiencing?

And yet, as far I know, Waters gives a year warranty.
My MCGV problems lie in the fact that the pump takes the solvent from the other channels. For example, when I set 100% A, pump takes sometimes a bit of channel C. As a result, I do not have repetitive peak retention times. Unless all channels are in the same bottle of solvent
Got an idea how to get an extended warranty for Agilent MCGV?
