what I want to know is: how many are the components (fatty acids) has on average anchovy crude oil?
I work with computers and clarus autosystem perkin elmer.
results are reported in% area.
Lots and lots. Especially the isomers.

You know computers. Do a search on the Internet or the supplier of the oil for their analysis.

Any answer you get here may not match your sample, especially if it is degraded or oxidized.

And why would your trust an answer from an unknown source?

Here is a source you might find worthwhile.

Supelco, among other vendors, offer fatty acid standards...that will give you a ball-park estimate of what you'll see in anchovies, I'd suppose...on the Low End.

Good Luck!
