TotalChrom error during run setup

I am working with a re-installation of TotalChrom workstation v6.3. I am preparing for validation, but I cannot setup a run. When I try to setup from a sequence, I get the following error: -995 Couldn't open seqfile. Is this a file permissions issue? I have tried a new sequence and a previously-used. Same error every time.

It indicates that some set up file are missing, so needs to contact with service statation, they only can solve the problem.

To close this topic, I will post the resolution. This was a file permissions issue. After consulting with Perkin Elmer, I asked our IT to re-check the permissions matrix established during the install. There were errors. Fixing the file permissions issues solved the problem
