Hello,

does anyone know (or is familiar) whether chargeed/uncharged tRNAs can be resolved and possibly quantified using LC/MS? I am aware of a technique that preserves the aminoacid-tRNA bond (extraction in mild acidic conditions) and to quantify using a microarray with an internal standard, but I'd like to know if I can use our LC/MS machine.
