I have an Agilent G1323B controller that suddenly stopped working. I replaced the cable but the module still won't power up.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Any suggestions for troubleshooting beyond replacing the cable? About the only thing these controllers come in handy for is aligning the HPLC autosamplers.

Thanks for any suggestions.
Hi

Check the connections to the LCD screen, most controllers I have come across have tended to have screen issues.
I don't think you can get parts for these, so your best bet may be to try to get hold of another to check by swapping the parts round.

Also be careful with using the controllers to align 1313/1329 autosamplers, I have seen a couple of boards malfunction carrying this procedure out, although it may have been a coincidence....
