EZChrom elite v 3.3.2 installation problem

Hello,
What is the problem when I do single run and the application crashes?
All specs are matched, and I don't no what is the software problem.
Kindly help me fix this please.
Application name: inst.exe
Application version: 3.3.2.1036

Do you get any error messages?
Do you have enough storage on the hard drive?
Is this a new product, or one you bought or was given used?

Thanks for your response, I appreciate it.
Anyways, the error message was
DllRegisterServer was not found.
I do have enough storage in my PC
And the product is newly purchased.
Please help me fix this.

Perhaps you need to be connected to the Internet?
Just a guess.

Thanks for your kind response.
We already did connection to the Internet but still it crashes.
Once we try a single run and baseline check, crashes appears.
Fault name :SSIBASE.dll

Which operating system? XP or Wndows 7 32 bit? Was it an old PC? Or a freshly installed operating system? Or did you do an upgrade.
So many variables that a simple answer cannot be given.
I need more.
