gas phase silane

Dear Chromatographers.
I was wondering, what would happen if I inject 1, 2 or more uL of Sylon CT ( 5% dichlorodimethylsilane in Toluene) in a Heated ( and working), injection port in splitless mode? What would happen with the liner and the Column?.

Some hydroxyls might be reacted. But having only one hydroxyl react with the reagent is not a good thing.
You have no reason to inject the reagent.

Some manufacturers sell a silanizing reagent for this purpose - I never had a useful experience with these.
Sylon-CT is definitely not a good thing to inject - the HCL byproduct will mess stuff up. Even when using for glass treatment, you have to be careful to destroy the HCL that is generated.

This reagent is intended to deactivate silanols in glassware, which have adjacent hydroxyls, and in a liquid media, so the dissolved HCl is rinsed away.
You would not inject Dawn detergent into your GC yet it is useful to clean glassware also.
Proper understanding of reagents and chemicals is required for good results.
