Hi,
Having only used waters/empower systems previously I am having some issues with setting up a SEC on an Agilent system using Clairty software. I have spent three days reading forum posts and manuals which came with the software but am now close to giving up. If someone could offer some help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have created the SEC method and the chromatography of monoclonal antibody is acceptable.

I have been asked to calibrate the system using GE high molecular weight standards to determine the molecular weight of my product peaks. I cannot find any option of assigning molecular weight to peaks of my standard.

Thanks in advance,
Stephen.
Contact Dataapex themselves direct, I have found them very helpful in dealing with problems.
