Hello, I am seeing an unusual error in Chemstation B.04.03 when trying to load a batch using the "Unique Folder Creation" option set to OFF. When I try to load a batch, in the bottom left corner of the sceen it says "specified range parameter is bad" and the batch doesn't load and I lose all my manually integrated files. I can re-open up the original files but not the ones that I saved after I performed my manual integrations. This really defeats the purpose of being able to save a batch with my processed files. I really don't like the way the newer Chemstation does the batch processing so if I can get the older type with unique folder creation set to off to work, that would be great. I even tried emailing Agilent tech support and they just told me to reintegrate the files. Not much help at all. Anybody have any ideas?
