All,
Our Waters 2487 dual absorbance detector is turning on and goes through the warm up but then shut off right when it gets to the "homing optical filter" verification stage, and then it turns back on and repeats the cycle.
I've changed out the lamp but it's still behaving the same way. Would appreciate it if anyone could offer some suggestions on what's causing this issue, in particular, if you've had similar experiences with the detector.
