The same solutions was injected in a chromatograph.

With this information ,how can i do for correlate both methods? what type of test can i apply?

Hello...short answer is to use a F-test to compare the variances of the two methods, and a t-test to compare the mean values obtained via the two methods, both using whatever levels of confidence you feel are best for the comparison(s).

Both Google and Wikipedia have okay descriptions of these tests, as well as analytical chemistry textbooks and the NIST website.

Does this help? Good Luck!
