Can anyone suggest starting HPLC conditions for the analysis of this compound? I am thinking normal phase, thanks

Only triphenylphosphine...not metal complexes...I'd try a phenyl phase, and for eluent perhaps a mixture of hexane/toluene or hexane/dichloromethane, Normal Phase Mode.
Please see what you think...and Best of Luck!
