I am developing USP DMSO method for related compounds by GC. The method requires to obtain USP theoretical plate count above 1000 using spilt ratio 1:33 which can be optimized. For verification of the method, what are the parameters that I should include apart from (Specificity and LOD). Increasing the spilt ratio decreases my dimethyl sulfon and bibenzyl (internal standard) area. Any suggestions?
