HPLC sample preparation

Dear all

My mobile phase is ACN:H2O (70:30),Isocratic, and the sample to be injected is levenogestrel eluted into simulated uterine fluid (contains salts). When i am injecting the sample into the said mobile phase precipitate formation occurring , kindly suggest me a sample preparation method to overcome this...

Add an equal volume of acetonitrile to your sample, mix thoroughly, centrifuge, and inject some of the supernatant.
