Hello, we are trying to analyse a substitued triazole by LC using ACN and Water or acidic buffer with C18, XDBC8 and synergy fusion RP but it is always eluted with dead volume.... do you think NP chromato is a good idea.... please give me your opinion.
Thanks

If it does not get retained in RP, HILIC is a good alternative.
