Xcalibur's Qual Browser Bug

We upgraded to ThermoSci's Trace/ISQ GCMS a little over a year ago. Typically I will run full scans, and then filter the masses in the Qual Browser when working up the data. The data, ITSD included, has been becoming more and more erratic and I noticed that the last mass in the mass range I entered was changing randomly. For example, the mass would change from 278, to 123.43, to 325.22, to 111.76, etc... This was obviously effecting the areas I was reporting. Has anyone else seen this? It is an obvious software bug, but I am not sure if it is a driver conflict or software issue. The Thermo Tech who I have talked to about this never heard of such a bug.

Is there any good alternative software that is compatible with the Xcalibur raw data and sequence data?

are you trying to quantify things/peak areas? If so, you probably ought not to be in qualbrowser at all, but setting up a processing method.
