In AMDIS I am running pairwise comparisons between chromatograms using Analyze; Postprocess; Compare. In order to compare among multiple samples I need to export the list of retentions that appears in the small data window on the right of the screen in a form that can be subsequently imported to Excell and/or R.

As far as I can see, there is no way to do this using the AMDIS reporting. Does anyone know of a way of exporting this data ?
