Bortezomib Chiral purity

Bortezomib Chiral purity: request of an alternative analytical method for the chiral purity of the API; the method reported in the patent (AD-H column with n-hexane /IPA/EtOH) presents a low sensitivity for the S,S isomer ( about 0.5%w/w).
Could anyone help me! It is very urgent!!!

Try increase the injection volume.
