Hi everyone! I have decided to try the AOAC offical method 982.14 (sugars in presweetened cereal) as my next project but I am having trouble deciding what column to use. I have been researching this site to see which column would be the best choice and I can't decide between the waters columns and agilent columns. And by the way, this would be done on an HPLC with an RI detector. Thanks for the help!

Flip a coin.

Seriously, an amino column from either supplier should work. Go with whomever has given you the best support in the past. In any case, you may have to tweak the ACN/water ratio a bit.
