RS232 control codes for Waters Fraction Collector II/III

I just made a bargain on a used Waters fraction collector III and would now like to get access to the plethora of options via RS232.
At first sight, the collector seemed to use the GSIOC command set, but by analysing the communications protocol between the Mass Lynx software and the machine, I realized that it uses quite different commands.
Basic operation of the collector (Valve on/off, Go to position x/y, Home) is no problem, but I would like to get full control over the machine, i.e. setting all of the parameters from a remote PC instead of working my way through the option menus.
At this point, I am not quite sure if the options are at all accessible through a serial connection. It seems PC control is limited to very basic functionality, but it would be highly interesting to read out e.g. actual position/vial number and drop count.
My final goal is to create a simple LabView Application that is able to control the collector.
If anyone can provide me with a list of recognized commands, I would highly appreciate.
