Hi,

We ran a trial of EZChrom in our lab for a while, but opted to remain with our current CDS (Chromleon) at the end of it. Unfortunately during the trial we generated quite a lot of reportable data and not all of it was retained as hard copies.
We now need to access some of this data but our trial licence has expired and EZChrom now refuses to let us open our data.
Is there way around this? Can we recover our data. Or do I need to try and find someone running EZChrom who can open and print the data for us.
It seems faintly maad that we cant access our data!

Thanks

Matt
Hello Matt,

I suggest you to install OL on another PC and create an instrument by using a data file. You will have the exact configuration of your previous installation. You will have 60 days to save your data to cdf (for rawdata) or print to pdf...

hope it help

Thanks Henri,

That seems to have worked great.
