Hi,

to use our electrochemical detector we need to perform a performance qualification to make sure everything is working fine.
We have some protocols for HPLC-PDA, but none for HPLC-ECD.

Anyone who knows what and how to test?

Kind regards

Ace
Hallo Ace

I would recommend to do dummy cell tests as described in the manual and further on run a calibration and repeatability on your compound of interest.
