HELP! Empower - unable to integrate manually

hello!
I need your help! I need to integrate my standard and probes manually. For some reason this is not possible anymore. I manually integrate my peaks and save it, but it doesn't get saved and the next time it is all gone again...
Today I got the message:
"Cannot save the calibration because a standard result cannot be saved until it is reprocessed. Reprocess the standard result with Channel Id (a number) and retry saving the calibration"
Can anybody help me
