Hi everyone,

I am working on getting a ProStar HPLC up and running and I am having some issues. After much work, I was finally able to get the detector recognized by the computer but now I am having some issues with running an acquisition.

In the systems tab of Galaxie, I can turn on the lamps of the detector but one of the lights is always saying "Method Not Ready". If I try and start the run, I get an error that says "Detector is offline in sequence state 3". I can't find any information on this error, can anyone help?
Hello

Using galaxie, you cant use old methods if you did change the hardware configuration of your HPLC - I recommend to write a new method and try again.

Good Luck
Chris
