Dear all,

I am using Agilent 6150Single quadruapole LC-MS but i have some doubts?
1) why vaccum required in lcms

2) How detector works.

3) what is RF frequency what is use in ms.

4) how APCI works

5)In ms we are generating ion using modifer how detector give the mass num.


6)How many stages of vaccum present in Agilent 6150Single quadruapole LC-MS

I am waiting prceious response.
