Hi Girls and Guys,

I need an HPLC column able to separate a mixture of an hydrophilic biopolymer (PULLULAN) and an hydrophob biopolymer (PHA)!
Could you help me?

need more information:
- for what purpose (analytical or preparative)?
- do you need both analytes to be in the same chromatogram?
- what type of equipment do you have available?
