How to calculate S/N ratio?

Hello evryone.
Please guide me through the calculation for S/N ratio from this chromatogram given below?
I am confussed in the equation S/N = 2H/h. I have the value of H and h in milivolt(mV). Is it possible to calculate from this? Or H should be in milimeter?

As long as your units are consistent, it does not matter.
Signal to noise is a dimensionless number, usually expressed as a percentage.
Thanks,

In Clarity's chromatogram window, right click on the results table and choose "setup columns", then click on new column. You should have a few options there related to noise. You could set up a custom calculation there to calculate the S/N ratio for each peak.
