Good morning,

Does any one have an HPLC method for measuring PMCol? This is a vitamin E derivative that is basically tocopherol without the aliphatic chain. The full name is 2,2,5,7,8-pentamethyl-6-chromanol. We will be quantitating it in pharmaceutical animal dosing solutions containing ethanol, propylene glycol, and ascorbic acid buffer.

Thanks for any suggestions.
Hi KarenJ

Have you tried using a standard vitamin E HPLC methode?
Kind regards
